Well I was born in Vermont and we dont have our own sports teams so I chose the ones I liked as a kid and have stuck by them through many lean years. Boston is in close proximity to where I grew up so most kids from there liked the Celtic's, Red Sox, Pat's and Bruins. I only like the Celtics. Otherwise I am a Redskins fan in the NFL, a Flyers fan in the NHL and a Red's fan in MLB. They along with the Celtics were all pretty great in the 70's when I was a kid first beginning to love sports. Of course between 1992(the Redskins last Super Bowl win) and 2008 none of my teams sniffed a title so the one the Celtic's won in 2008 was mighty sweet. The Flyers haven;t hoisted the Cup since 1976 but I still stick by em.
