Day 2
A: Austin Daye (Pistons): Never saw the bench, playing all 40 minutes in a win over Toronto. The 15th pick tied for team-high honors with 19 points and led Detroit with eight boards.
B+: Stephen Curry (Warriors): Bounced back after missing his first eight shots to score 29, including the game-winning basket in the final seconds of a 98-95 overtime win over Sacramento.
B: Chinemelu Elonu (Lakers): The late second-rounder from Texas A&M was a bundle of activity in 22 1/2 minutes with nine points, five rounds and six fouls. Struggled at the line (1-5).
D: Christian Eyenga (Cavaliers): The 20-year-old last pick of the first round made an inauspicious debut by missing all four of his shots and scoring one point in his debut.

Day 1
A: DeJuan Summers (Pistons): The 35th pick out of Georgetown dunked his way to 24 points against Sacramento. Summers (6-foot-8, 240) added seven rebounds in 32 1/2 minutes, as Detroit won 86-77.
B: Tyreke Evans (Kings): The 6-foot-6 point guard was solid with 15 points, four rebounds and two assists in 29 minutes. It’s easy to project the impact of the fourth pick overall with Kevin Martin in the backcourt.
B-: Stephen Curry (Warriors): Scored 16, but missed 10 of 14 shots. Committed seven fouls and turned it over four times. But the NCAA scoring champ also displayed the confidence and poise of son of a former NBA player.
C+: DeMar DeRozen (Raptors): Hedo Turkoglu’s new teammate missed a potential game-tying shot in the closing seconds against the Lakers. Finished with 10 points (5-for-12) in 30 minutes.
