This was another frustrating loss.

Both team played the night before, but Portland was on the road, lost in OT at Boston, and was playing with 8 players.

The Pistons played with no energy in the first half again, trailing by 18, 56-42.

The Pistons rallied in the second half, though. They trailed by one with 24.7 seconds left, had the ball deflected away.

They had two possessions afterwards when they trailed by 3. Unfortunately, Hamilton, Stuckey, and Villanueva missed triple attempts that would have tied the game.

The Pistons are short-handed, but they are not making the plays they need to make to win games.
