An over time loss in Utah, the flight in from Utah, a resurgent high flying Phoenix Sun team...

Where's the surprise?

The Pistons fought the Suns and fatigue. In the first quarter, they were able to apply the defensive clamps on Phoenix, but ran out of gas as the game went on.

I'll have to revise my view of Phoenix, but based on the past, pure run and gun has fallen short on the march for a championship. I wonder how long Nash and Hill can continue to play at their level? Stoudemire looks like he's en route to another All Star year.

The Pistons bench came on as Kuester took the starters out. DaJuan Summers had his best game as a Piston so far with 13 points and Wilcox contributed with 7 points and 5 rebounds. Hopefully, those two can build on their performances.
